History
Crew Pilot Training, Inc. (CPT) is in the business of training Boeing 737 pilots and providing contract pilot services to the US Marshal Service (JPATS). Ray Brendle founded CPT over 30 years ago.
In the late 70’s and early 80’s the only place to get your B-737 type rating was through a major airline, and it was very cost prohibitive. Ray saw a niche in the market for the training of pilots wanting to fly for SWA, and founded a company called Ray’s Flight Systems (RFS). Later RFS was incorporated and the name was changed to Airline Crew Training, Inc. (ACT).
As CPT grew and developed into an industry leader, Ray saw a need for a partner and selected a graduate from RFS to join the company. Neal Reinig joined CPT in the early 90’s and lives in Roanoke, Texas. In addition to flying for Delta Airlines, Neal supervises the instructor staff, schedules the FAA events and is a Training Center Evaluator (TCE).
