FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q.)

Q: DOES CPT HAVE A CONNECTION WITH SWA OR ANY AIRLINE?

A: I would like to say YES, as all schools would, but NO is the answer. Let's be honest, SWA or any major airline does not need to be connected to any flightschool. Facts speak for themselves, we have graduated over 2,800 pilots currently flying or retired from SWA. If you were to call the human resources (HR) department I will bet they would tell you the same thing.

Q: CAN I BREAK UP THE TRAINING?

A: Yes, we can provide FLEX training in most cases.

Q: WHY SHOULD I ATTEND YOUR SCHOOL, RATHER THAN ANY OTHER BOEING 737 FLIGHT SCHOOL?

A: Our first graduated pilot was hired at a major airline in April 1977 and our first pilot hired at SWA was June 1982. Ray was the first individual to start a B-737 flight school. It was known as Ray’s Flight Systems (RFS). Later the school was incorporated and the named was changed to Airline Crew Training, (ACT), located in BIG “D”. Presently, we train in the B-737 aircraft. Price, length of course, class availability, and personalized instruction from experienced airline pilots.

Q: WHAT ARE THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE?

A: We have a contract with the motel a few blocks from our Training Center. They offer transportation to and from the airport and training center. Most rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. In 11 to 12 days you will be very busy and will need a good nights sleep. We think you will find the accommodations very conducive to studying at the Radisson.
