Payments / Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits:

All courses require a $1,500.00 deposit to confirm a class date and release the study materials
(Manuals) except sim prep training. All deposits are made in one of three ways: MasterCard, Visa or by
personal check. The balance of the course is due and payable 10 days before class begins with
a personal check made payable to:

Cancellations and Refunds Policies:

All cancellations are made one of two ways CERTIFIED MAIL or E-MAIL:

Cancellations MORE than 30 days before class: A refund of your deposit
less the cost of the manuals ($250.00).

Cancellations LESS than 30 days and before 10 days of class: A refund of
your deposit less the cost of the manuals ($250.00) + $100.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations LESS than 10 days: NO REFUND.
NOTE: Study material and manuals are NON-RETURNABLE.
